Evil Angel

Title taken from a Breaking Benjamin song stuck in my head for a couple of days.

Wanted to try my hand at an image that's been stuck in my head for slightly less time than the song was--what I pictured in my mind originally was the flayed-skin wings with feathers dangling from them, shortly followed by the eyeless face and barbed wire going through a cheek and ear. Then came the weapon since while I was sketching it seemed like he should be holding something, and finally the hooves. And hey, there was then a complete picture.

The hands bug me slightly, though I think I did a better job on the lighting than I usually do. Background is half a photograph of dried, cracked desert and half photoshopped in. All in all, I think it's good enough to save for next Aggiecon.
